By accessing and using Onbo's developer onboarding platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Onbo provides an AI-powered developer onboarding platform that helps teams:

  • Extract knowledge from codebases and documentation
  • Create personalized onboarding experiences
  • Generate learning paths and training materials
  • Integrate with development tools and platforms
  • Track onboarding progress and effectiveness

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ONBO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Onbo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit to the Service

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we may retain certain information as required by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
